Cielo E-Commerce is a fast-growing company specializing in providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and web development services. We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Cataloging

  • Must have knowledge of all platforms & Marketplaces.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Myntra, Meesho, AJio, Amazon, and Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify.
  • A+ Content Creation:
  • Design and implement enhanced brand content to improve product visibility and
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and informative

Advertising & Promotions

  • Run ad campaigns and discounts across marketplaces.
  • Must have experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).

Data Management:

  • Handle bulk product uploads and updates efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate product data using Excel and other tools.

Excel Proficiency

  • Utilize advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze and manage large datasets.
  • Generate insightful reports to track product performance and identify improvement areas.

Platform Optimization

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are SEO-friendly and compliant with platform guidelines.

  • Stay updated on platform-specific features and best practices.

Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce activities.

Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in e-commerce background.
  • Individual Contributor: Must have experience handling tasks independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferably Myntra, Nykaa, AJio, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytics.
  • Proven ability to run ad campaigns, manage AMS, and optimize product visibility.
