Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (Specialist Lead Generation) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be from an agency background only & will have a proven track record in generating Business leads for Affiliate, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing. The Ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and converting leads into profitable partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new Business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and working closely with the sales team to expand the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for Ecommerce, Digital Marketing & Affiliate Marketing through various channels such as email campaigns, social media outreach, cold calling, PPC, networking, and inbound marketing.
- Prospect Engagement: Identify potential clients and decision-makers, initiate contact, and assess their needs to qualify leads effectively.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through to conversion, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and the effective follow-up of leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders, prospects, and partners.
- Reporting: Track lead generation activities, maintain records in the CRM system, and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline health.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and customize lead generation strategies to address their needs, improving client satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Regularly analyze and adjust lead generation strategies to optimize results and meet company growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or lead generation roles (preferably within Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or Affiliate).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and sales performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
