Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer with over 6+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate will be an expert in driving ROI-focused campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, AMS and Email Marketing. You will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, AMS and PPC channels.
    • Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
    • Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate budgets across various channels to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time, while meeting performance goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, including recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to supplement in-house capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, AMS and PPC campaign management.
    • Expertise in email marketing platforms
    • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping.
    • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and ability to interpret data to drive insights.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large/small-scale budgets with a proven track record of delivering strong ROI.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs.
