Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
  • Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Client Outreach:

  • Engage with decision-makers in target industries to present our services.
  • Highlight the value of our digital marketing solutions.

Sales Presentations:

  • Create and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals.
  • Address client needs with tailored solutions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the industry.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth transitions to client servicing teams.
    Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Networking:

  • Represent the agency at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Build a robust network of contacts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and business development platforms (preferred).
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel 8-10 days per month, both within and outside the city.
