Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Client Outreach:
- Engage with decision-makers in target industries to present our services.
- Highlight the value of our digital marketing solutions.
Sales Presentations:
- Create and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals.
- Address client needs with tailored solutions.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities in the industry.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth transitions to client servicing teams.
Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Networking:
- Represent the agency at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Build a robust network of contacts.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business development platforms (preferred).
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Travel Requirement:
- Willingness to travel 8-10 days per month, both within and outside the city.
