Key Responsibilities
- Manage cataloguing on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ. Etc.
- Handle product listings/ cataloging.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of work.
- Support junior team members and maintain smooth team coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve operational issues and handle escalations effectively.
- Improve workflows and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
