Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (Affiliate Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be from an agency background only & will have a proven track record in onboarding Affiliate clients & Campaigns and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing & new clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements and strategically positioning our solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Sales and Negotiation:
· Present solutions to clients, addressing their needs and providing customized proposals.
· Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and enhance service offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Provide monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business development processes.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3+ years experience in the relevant domain.
. Good to have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
. Should be from Agency background only & able to close the lead into Business.
· Proven experience in converting lead into business for Affiliate Marketing clients & Campaigns.
· Good approaching skills, Should be able to make an impactful Business Proposal & present it in front of clients according to their requirements.
. Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing Services, Industry trends, and client needs.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
